CHAPTER 1 · THE ORIGIN

It started in the 90s, supporting the local shopkeeper, the cooperative, the town council.

I have over 30 years of experience working on territorial development and digital transformation projects. I've managed over 100 million euros in European funds. I designed provincial strategic plans. I launched Spain's first rural WiFi network. I supported the transformation of the organic sector in Andalusia.

It sounds impressive on a resume. But what really left its mark on me was what I saw along the way.

Technology only makes sense if it solves real problems for real people.

CHAPTER 2 · THE FRUSTRATION

The Broken Bridge

European funds exist. Digital tools exist. Support programs exist. But between all that and the local shopkeeper, the artisan, the professional over 45 looking to reinvent themselves... there's an abyss of bureaucracy, complexity, and technical jargon that makes them inaccessible.

While reports spoke of"innovation ecosystems" y "digital transformation 4.0", the reality was much simpler: people need tools they understand, steps they can follow, and results they can measure.

CHAPTER 3 · THE MISSION

The No-Fluff Ecosystem

In 2020, I founded the Digital Ecosystems Platform with a clear mission: to make digital transformation practical, accessible, and real.

No more PowerPointspromising the future.
No more toolsthat no one knows how to use.
No more vanity metrics.

Today, the Jaraba Ecosystem is operational. 10 verticals, 16 AI agents, +120 municipalities, +500 projects. What in 1995 was Excel and fax, today is a SaaS platform that operates European funds in real time.

The 5 No-Fluff Principles

They've been my personal filter for decades. If a method, a tool, or a conversation doesn't pass these 5 filters, it doesn't get in. It's that simple.

Reality Before Theory

I only share methods proven in real businesses. If it hasn't worked in practice, I don't recommend it. Period.

Simplicity Before Complexity

The best tool is the one you understand and use. You don't need the most expensive or the most sophisticated. You need the one that solves the problem.

Progress Before Perfection

A small action today is worth more than a perfect plan for tomorrow. We start with the minimum viable and improve with data.

People Before Vanity Metrics

Success is measured in real sales, successful interviews, functioning businesses, justified funds. Not in likes.

Radical Transparency

I share my successes and my failures. There are no magic shortcuts. There's hard work, method, and persistence. If someone promises you otherwise, run.
